How it all started

How we choose our team members

If writers want to work with us, first of all, they should present all the academic information about studies. After the confirmation about the graduation, experiences, and achieved results while studying there comes a time of professional verification. Each participant receives a writing task to complete in 24 hours. These tasks will be different among different experts. If the task is completed correctly – there will come the final grammar/composition exam together with an original piece of writing on the assigned topic. If they meet all the requirements, those candidates are hired, however, they will have 1 month of the probationary period to observe and make acquaintance with their work. After the probationary period, only those will be left, who can stand up to our high expectations/requirements and be able to meet the deadline while providing a highly qualified piece of custom writing.

Recruitment Process

First: Receive applications

After receiving candidates’ CVs, we review and screen them according to the following criteria: experience, competence, background knowledge, skills, etc.

Second: Pass Pre-screening stage

Candidates who pass the CV stage will receive one test to assess their qualifications.

Third: Probationary period

Candidates who pass the test will have 1 month of the probationary period to observe and make acquaintance with their work.

Last: Successfully get hired

After 1 month of the probationary period, the candidate who qualified will become the official employees of our website.
